Add your exercises right on Buff Buddy and start tracking today! Buff Buddy will give you important information about your workout. You'll easily be able to track what exercise you should be doing, how many reps you should be doing, how much weight to add, and the time that has passed since your last completed set. All of this can be tracked from the notification tray on your phone even when you're outside of the app. This ensures minimal interruption during your workout.
Workouts in Buff Buddy are organized by day. Store your exercises for a specific day, and pick and choose from your saved exercises when it comes time to work out. Doing chest and triceps on Monday? Add all your chest and triceps exercises to your saved workouts. Then, when it comes time to do your workout, pick and choose from those exercises to decide what you want to accomplish today.
